This checklist will be useful if you have an existing site within FluidReview and are making updates to get ready for a new cycle. You can use the helpful links to access other articles in the help centre which will provide more information on each feature.
Before you begin to test your FluidReview site, ensure the following steps have been taken:
Dates have been updated in all forms
Dates in stage descriptions have been updated on all stages
Deadlines have been updated on all rounds
Deadlines have been updated on all tasks
Deadlines have been updated on all awards
Award eligibility has been updated (if applicable)
New tasks have been added and old tasks have been removed.
NOTE: If you are unsure if your changes will result in data loss, please communicate with your Implentation Specialist prior to making changes
All form content has been updated (ie. section headings, dropdowns, multiple choice).

Pages and Files section has been updated with new/changed content
Homepage content has been updated to reflect new deadlines, program changes, etc.
Saved email templates have been updated with new/changed content and dates
Custom emails from the Text and Translation section have been updated
Any changes to pages modified in Text and Translation section have been updated
Trigger based emails have been updated with new/changed content
Date based triggers have been updated with new dates
Emails from the “Submit” button in the workflow have been updated with new/changed content
Any Email Reminders have been configured under the Configure tab
Test each application process (each award) to make sure nothing has been missed in terms of dates or changes. This is especially important in your forms to make sure that the branching is intact and that nothing is missing
Any information you need from past data has been exported
All past application material has been archived before re-launch
